Submission Rules and the Preparation
Paper Submission
If you have not signed up as a member yet, please set up an account first. Sign Up Now
1. Log on Online Submission.
2. Go to "Paper Management" and click "Submit another paper"
3. Fill in all required paper information.
4. Find “Please upload manuscript:” at the end of the page. Click “Browse” to upload files in Microsoft Word(*.doc/*docx).
5. Click “Submit” to finish your submission and a Paper ID will be given.


Basic Submission Rules

Language English
Paper length Abstract: less than 800 words within 2 pages
Full paper: within 12 pages, including references, tables/ charts and keywords
Key words 3-5 words
Font 12-point Times New Roman
Paragraph Single-spaced

Submission Format
Full research papers, work-in-progress reports and abstracts are welcome. The submission must meet the required format and cover the following:
1. Backgrounds/ Research goals / Objectives
2. Methods
3.Expected results/ conclusions/ contributions
4. Keywords
Abstract
The abstract should be a summary of your presentation. Please avoid scientific or engineering symbols, acronyms and bullets. The length should be within 800 words in 2 pages.

Preparation for Oral Presentations
All presentation rooms are equipped with a screen, an LCD projector, and a laptop computer installed with Microsoft PowerPoint. You will be able to insert your USB flash drive into the computer and double check your file in PowerPoint. We recommend you to bring two copies of the file in case that one fails. You may also link your own laptop to the provided projector; however please ensure you have the requisite connector. The time for each paper presentation should be at least 12 min and not over 25 min according to the number of papers in one session.
Preparation for Poster Presentations
Length of Poster Presentation: 50-60 minutes/ each session.
Please stay in the session to the end of it.
Materials Prepared by the Presenters:
You can post your poster 10 minutes before your session starts.
1. Home-made Poster(s)
2. Material: not limited, can be posted on the canvases
3. Recommended poster size: 60cm*120~140cm

Materials Provided by the Conference Organizer:
1. X-frame display & Base Fabric Canvases (60cm×160cm)
2. Adhesive Tapes or Clamps
3. Our staff on-site will assist you to put up on the poster board with the clips we provide

2. Authors should take responsibilities for their submissions. Any violations of the above regulations are criminal actions.
3. Submissions that do not meet/ follow the conference submission rules and format will be returned for modification.
4. The online submission also indicates the copyright agreement to publish the submissions for all purposes of conference usage without further notice.
